What’s next turns out to be the impending policing of Energy Drinks. Countdown, who led the way in banning plastic bags and making tampons free have a new Politically Correct Signalling initiative…

The ethic, as usual, is to promote the Victimhood Culture Nanny State. True healthy choices are generated from within, by people who value health first hand.
Going through the motions because someone makes you do or not do something is observationally the same as someone acting out of virtue but there is a world of difference. Countdown is stopping people from being able to be good and taking that personal responsibility and discipline unto itself. In their vanity, Countdown think they can make the world a better place by replacing our judgement with their own.
To make the right consumption choices we first must need to have choice! What’s next? Tell us to eat up all our food before we leave the table?
