The Big Government Game of Chicken continues to be played out with neither side swerving. The Government has instructed schools that…

“If staff do turn up on site after this date, we encourage school leaders to deal with this in the usual manner you would if other inappropriate people were to turn up on site.”

Imagine a scene of a teacher being dragged out of the classroom in front of their pupils. That’s what The State is willing to do now for the sake of control. Today a teacher is free and able to work. After Monday 15 November they are a corruption and will be expelled and arrested.

The precedent is set for it to be even worse. Don’t forget what happened in 2019..

“Police report that they have shot a 31yo man and put him into “serious condition in hospital” after interrupting him in conversation on the grounds of a Hastings Primary School.”

The man shot dead at that primary school had a “link” to a pupil and a teacher. Probably a husband and father.

Is that what we mean by “deal with this in the usual manner you would if other inappropriate people were to turn up on site.”

It’s not exaggerating to say that people’s lives have been put in homicidal danger by Labour 6.0’s decisions next week. The hysterical cultural environment is even more of a powder keg waiting to explode that we had in Hastings 2019 but that led to death by cop! And, the story was made to go away.

New Zealand, now, is paranoid and hyper-vigilant. The population has been conditioned to believe they are “unsafe” in the presence of men and women who are their friends, workmates, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers. It’s a short step from that to putting a school in Lockdown, to calling the Police, to having a “contaminated” person shot dead on school grounds. Again.

I was looking forward to next week because I didn’t think it was going to come this close to the line before Government backed down. I’m not finding it entertaining any more. People are going to get hurt.
