This overturns the 2024 Court of Appeal decision that had ruled the zellous inflexibility of the COVID-19 jab had gone too far.

And that’s the end of that. No more courts to go to. So we have our answer. Become a soldier and The State owns your body and can make you put anything in it they like including experimental gene editing agents.

This comes in a year where the great and expensive blockbuster film of year year (so far at least) went 180 degrees the other way. Captain America Brave New World turned on a sympathetic plot point of a bitter and betrayed soldier named Isaiah Bradley from the Marvel comics. The story was that Bradley and his fellow soldiers had been exploited by the government as medical lab rats with experimental drugs. Much of the film involved the mistrust and horror of being treated in this way and how bad times ten to the power of a thousand this sort of behavior is. But that we don’t do that sort of thing these days and we’ll try to grieve and forgive but never forget…

Yet here we are getting right stuck into it with judicial pardon for the Defence Chief insisting he can scramble up whoever he likes. He owns your soldiering ass. At present this is Air Marshal Tony Davies but he is covering for Kevin Short who was pulling the strings when Labour 6.0’s jabfest was sprung on our population.

Well, no wonder people are not signing up to join our military. No wonder standards in the navy have been cut so recruits don’t need to be able to swim now. No wonder the army will take anyone so long as they’ve simply attended high school for a while now; No need to qualify. No wonder HMNZS Manawanui was sunk by an English lesbian school teacher for a captain. And no wonder Judith Collins is bringing in a drone army. Can’t get the people. This has to be one of the reasons why. It certainly should be one of the key things someone considers before they enlist: Are you offering to serve your country or are you offering to be a disposable bit of blotting paper for whatever They like?
